@TicketmasterCS Can the venue re issue my tickets via post or home printing? My mum booked the tickets but it’s not a lead booker event so she’s not coming but it says she has to be there to pick up the tickets?????

@TicketmasterCS I cannot even contact the venue as they all have covid. Why can’t I print at home? Can you contact the venue I find it to be ludicrous that you cannot reissue tickets to the original order address

@TicketmasterCS There is a problem with my tickets they have been lost, duplicates have been made but they cannot be posted. I have never been to this place before and do not need the stress of trying to collect tickets after a 2 hour journey. I just want some print at home or e tickets.
