JOB STACKING & CLONING

JOB STACKING..
One worker holds multiple jobs.. often with overlapping working hours.. through different employers or staffing firms, potentially concealing conflicting work commitments or double-billing clients.

JOB CLONING..
Duplicating or manipulating candidate profiles, résumés, or identities to submit the same person under multiple profiles or misrepresent who will actually perform the work.

WHEN IT BECOMES FRAUD?
Overlapping jobs alone are not fraud. But false identities, fabricated timesheets, misrepresented hours, proxy interviews, or billing for work never performed can indicate potential fraud or contractual violations.
