@1stCentral I was emailed and told that if my named driver did not make an account within a certain time frame, then my insurance would be cancelled. Due to them having technology issues, I removed them off my policy. I have now had a notice of cancellation. I am now on hold to you.

Was told today engineer would be turning up by one operator to be told by another operator that they were actually lying and no one is available today so fingers crossed someone actually turns up on Monday and we get our money back! Especially with such a vulnerable person here!!
@UtilitaEnergy appalled at the service from this company, had our gas meter changed as ours was no longer working, had an incompatible meter fitting meaning £300 of our money we have used to top up the gas did not reach the meter and has been floating about somewhere (cont)
This has been going on since the 2nd of December, today on the phone we have been told that the meter the engineer who installed our new meter isn’t recognised and they don’t recognise the serial number !! And have been offered £10 for good will!! AVOID, still £300 down!!
