POOF !! My parcel which UPS say they delivered and it was signed for, has disappeared into thin air. For a parcel tracking and delivery company, they are not very good at it. They simply cannot find it...

@UPS_Ireland Where is my package? UPS delivery notice says it was delivered and signed for yesterday but there was nobody here - I can prove this by the log on my house alarm. UPS then advised that they opened their investigation into this before the package was delivered.

@AerLingus Hi, amid all the flying related bad news stories, I would just like to say thanks to the crew of EI337 last night, who looked after my son when he wasn't feeling well on the flight. In our experience, Aer Lingus cabin crew are always there for you when you need them.
