@virginmedia @VirginMediaCorp I'm returning abroad and was misled in setting up a broadband contract, that it would be possible to cancel w/o an EDF from a salesperson on the live chat (see screenshot). Now I'm being told I need to pay > £500 to terminate. Please can you help?!

@virginmedia I have indeed, under C-0111231462 but would appreciate some help expediting the process as I'm sure it will take quite some time before I hear back. Ombudsman requires that I wait 8 weeks for an answer from VM before the case goes there, hoping that won't be necessary :)

@rentalcustard Yes! They weren’t very happy at check-in with my meldebescheinigung + website print out saying that I applied for the EU residency permit, but otherwise fine!

Got my first C19 Vaccine today! Some fun facts: It all happens INCREDIBLY quickly; 40 mins in/out. Lovely doctors, volunteers. Couldn’t be nicer. You have a doctor to speak to first to answer any questions you have. Vaccination is normal injection. 10 min oversight at end for s/e
