🚨 𝗕𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚: William Saliba played at the World Cup despite suffering from a fracture in his back.

The Arsenal defender picked up the injury in a Premier League match two months before the tournament and required painkillers and daily treatment throughout France’s campaign.

He was unable to complete every training session and was eventually forced off after 30 minutes against Spain when his back gave way.

His recovery time is still unknown, and it remains unclear whether he will need surgery.
