dissertation completed!! 30.04.2021 :)
one whole year in the making and I finally did it! and of course, I had do a photoshoot around campus 🤩🤎 thank you to my amazing supervisor @LyonsMinna1 and our cross-cultural research group!
I wanted to illustrate the “Common Factors Theory” aka “What is it that promotes change?” Meta-analysis findings suggest that across many therapy approaches the largest factor that accounts for change is supports outside of therapy, with the therapeutic relationship being second.
I drew out some window of tolerance graphics as I've been using this so much on my placement. it's been such a helpful part of psychoeducation that can be used collaboratively and compassionately

University was a challenge, especially in a pandemic with added redundancies, strikes, marking boycotts and personal hurdles that came with life. However, I now have a FIRST CLASS PSYCHOLOGY DEGREE with an 80 on my dissertation! Can’t believe it, but I’m very proud of myself!🥺🤎
