The Prophet ﷺ said: “Whoever fasts Ramadan and follows it with six days of Shawwal, it is as if they fasted the entire year.” (Muslim)

A simple plan:
Mondays & Thursdays (Sunnah fasts)
White Days (13th, 14th, 15th of Shawwal)
