@SouthwestAir On flight 653, MDW -> ORF, Erica the flight attendant told me she would NOT announce that I have a severe peanut allergy and dismissed me by saying “You have your epipen, you’ll be fine”. As a loyal SW flyer, & someone who has had to use the epipen in the AIR. Wtf.
