honestly think that asking someone’s opinion on furries is the perfect litmus test for if they have a healthy ability to distinguish between “weird” and “bad”
@GraceRoe5142 Yeah its like, stupid easy if you were taught how to take the SATs/didn't have trouble with them bc its the same type of test, but that's also why it's not intuitive to some people
@flaminhottweets@Ian_Gay_briel Yeah it might take like an extra 15 minutes but it would also be more fun and more accurate and I assume you're doing this because you're actually interested in history so you might learn some other random fun facts along the way
@flaminhottweets@Ian_Gay_briel I would look at the Wikipedia list of names in Congress from 4 years before that and click through the blue links to find a death date that lines up where I want it.
@flaminhottweets@brett_l101@Ian_Gay_briel So you didn't actually need to ask chatGPT.
Hell, I could do the math right now - take the length of the interior of the van and subtract 5 feet - the cab is probably only 4 feet or so long but you want to overestimate it so the couch doesn't end up being too big.
@openlyhot @cryptidjin Many people who are on social media today were not alive in the 20th century and don't have that kind of historical understanding
@DebtBeerSin@nonRealBrandon@PaulSkallas I don't even think the consequences are that slight. We're talking about feeding people. Even when it's fast food that's pretty darn important. You could kill someone by messing up food safety procedures.
It's a high stress job. Your every movement tracked. Repetitive tasks. No slack. Dealing with the public. No future rewards or status or career building.
The most stressful jobs I've had were low skilled jobs and the least stressful places are higher level white collar jobs.
@DjMaffiTheOne@elaifresh Afaik there's even an incentive program for people to buy them & fix them up but it's so expensive that the only people actually building are the massive developers for whom it's more worth it to tear down an entire block and rebuild something new
