After a long day of travel from Italy as I am checking in I find out that #Delta randomly moved my group 10 rows back and moves me off a window seat to not near my group! Then after boarding 1/2 the plane they realized they don’t have pilots and more delays! #DeltaBlows

@Delta I requested a window seat and Delta gives me a wall! They have empty seats up front but I guess customer care isn’t a priority. You would think it would in this era of customer appreciation.

@Delta I love to see out the window when flying and take time to choose a window seat. Today I get on my flight and my “window” seat is a wall! Delta should clearly indicate that on their seat map when checking in! Very disappointed!
