Several passengers confirmed facing the same behaviour, establishing this as a recurring issue, not a one-off incident.

She verbally abused and intimidated multiple male & female co-passengers, stamped on feet, and deliberately created conflicts over bags “touching” her—without any provocation.
When confronted calmly, she refused accountability and falsely accused others instead.
