We’re accidental real estate agents. Really we understand client service & crafted a business model around serving other people’s interests first. We do other things too. It’s all SIMPLE & PERSONAL.
We have this one brokerage, it never fails their agents are asking for something in due diligence. It’s like they’re trained to think they’re losing out if they don’t continue to ask the sellers for more. All it does is irritate clients into never working with them.
Another result: Irritated customer who has to take 2-1/2 days off work to wait for deliveries & probably will give a bad review or buy elsewhere next time.
If you want an idea of how poor systems directly impact your profits, here’s an example:
Family member buys a couch and schedules delivery. Takes off work to accept the delivery during the day.
Delivery workers show up (on time!), but one of the pieces is damaged.
How do you know your listing might be a good one? On the way to his car the photographer says he might have friends interested and asks for the price. #comingsoon#jacksoncountyga
@SeanODowd15 You would be surprised how often this happens for all type of transaction forms. We think agents are copy/paste on the fly instead of stopping for a few minutes to pull up forms on something bigger than a phone. The yelling at a potential principal is even more disturbing.
Lots of methods for lead generation, but the one that results in longevity is giving top-notch and sacrificial service to your clients. #realestate#clientservice
Sometimes people do things that make your day. Wm owns part of an eBay business. To say USPS delivery has been terrible the last month is an understatement. He’s refunded untold orders over multiple stores, with some truly rude replies. Got a good one today. 👇🏻
A note with cash for the purchase. We already refunded but he didn’t feel right accepting it. The item arrived a few days ago, after nearly a month. We never would have known if not for his nice note thanking us for our excellent customer service.
