Thanks to BTS return, all HYBE employees both domestic and overseas will receive a bonus of 6.21 million won per person

It's to boost morale of ahead of BTS' reunion and full scale group activities.

Today, June 25th, HYBE has announced on their intranet that with the incoming BTS activity all employees will receive an RSU bonus (restricted share unit) in x20, which with current HYBE shares means 6.21M KRW. However, as the stock prices are expected to increase, the value of the bonus received increases. Hence is why the RSU bonus system is used to encourage the employees to do their best work so the shares = their RSU bonus increase in value. In this case: to support BTS coming back activities as BTS' results will directly increase HYBE stock values.

The article denotes this is the first time ever that HYBE grants RSU bonus to all their employees. Previously they granted RSU two times to 34 and 32 employees each. This time however as it includes all employees including also affiliates in other countries, the scale might encompass thousands of employees.
