NGOs receiving up to 100 percent of their revenue from the American Taxpayer—while their CEO’s would make $650K a YEAR, and their lobbyists $400K.

Interior Sec. Doug Burgum: "We found organizations that were receiving grants from Interior, where 80 to 100 percent of the revenue of that NGO was a grant from the federal government."

"And yet those organizations, we were the sole source of their revenue, but they would have a CEO making $650,000 and $400,000 lobbyists!"

In other words: NGOs self-funds its own external private lobby that then goes back to Congress and bribes the back pockets of members of Congress for more money—creating a self-perpetuating cycle.

This was a massive win!

For those who may not be aware, we've all heard stories about illegal migrants discarding their passports at the border before entering the United States. What most people don't know is that @GoatInitiative has been collecting those discarded passports for years.

Despite containing names, photographs, and identity information from people who entered the country illegally, agencies across the government, including the FBI, showed little interest in taking them.

Think about that for a moment. Physical evidence with names and photos of individuals who crossed the border illegally sat largely ignored for years before anyone was willing to act.

The good news is that this fight has finally reached a positive outcome. The documents are now in the hands of NCTC, where TIDE and our terrorism watchlisting systems are housed. That means the government will soon have visibility into more of the bad actors who are here in own backyards, including terrorists.

Bravo to everyone who refused to give up and kept pushing the government to do its damn job. Now, if we could only get FBI to act on these documents….

Today, under the leadership of @VP Vance and @DAGToddBlanche, we are announcing the 2026 National Health Care Fraud Takedown involving 455 defendants charged in connection with $6.5+ BILLION in alleged fraud.

One person arrested by @FBILosAngeles in the Central District of California was Jeannie Choi, 57, of Torrance.

She is charged along with two other defendants—Oren David Shachar, 59, of Van Nuys, and Abraham Shin, 66, of Corona—with a hospice fraud scheme that caused Medicare to pay nearly $27 million in fraudulent claims.

Shachar allegedly exploited deceased Medicare beneficiaries by collecting their personal health data and medical records through meetings with surviving relatives. He then directed staff to use those identities to create false, backdated hospice records claiming evaluations and terminal certifications that never occurred.

Shachar paid Choi and Shin between $1,000 and $3,000 for each deceased beneficiary fraudulently enrolled in hospice care.

Shachar and Shin have pleaded not guilty and have a trial scheduled for August 11. Choi is expected to make her initial appearance and be arraigned today in Los Angeles federal court.

Public health programs intended to help the elderly and sick are being undermined by fraudsters, threatening the financial stability of these programs for all Americans. We are committed to rooting out the rampant fraud that has plagued our institutions for too long.

California is going broke subsidizing free healthcare for illegal immigrants, and now the bill is coming due. @DrOzCMS and the Trump administration have audited the books and found that California improperly claimed over $1 billion in federal Medicaid funds to cover non-emergency care for illegal immigrants (money that federal law never authorized).

CMS told California it owes the federal government $2 billion and has already successfully recouped half of it.
