@Meta y'alls approach to disabling and banning people's accounts is inhumane. An account gets hacked and you crater their online presence across all platforms. It is creepy and ridiculous. Consider giving people a way to actually talk to someone to plead their case.

@WhatsApp I've dealt with bad customer service, but perma banning an account that has zero messages that could be considered in breach of TOS and refusing to review is crazy.
Consider giving people a chance to make a case before you decide to "refuse to read any more emails".
