Thanks to @academicvoices for the opportunity to tell my #AcademicMentalHealth story. Talking openly about mental health is hard. Through the incredible advocacy of folks like @DrMarissaKate and @ZJAyres , one day this won’t have to feel like such a big risk.

👏 Our WIDE Committee Chair, @myatomicnumber (Professor Tricia Breen Carmichael of @UWindsor), was interviewed by Communications Chemistry as part of their Women in Chemistry: Q&A Series. Check it out now: https://t.co/pJAGb1olRm 🙌
Excited to present our Women in Chemistry Collection!
The content showcases the different interests and experiences of women researchers in the community, and looks towards gender equity in STEM.

Congratulations to Dr. Yunyun Wu @Yunyun__Wu, a postdoctoral fellow in the group, on her move to a faculty position at @DalhousieU!! Yunyun first joined our team as a visiting researcher in 2019, while she was pursuing her PhD with Prof. Tricia Carmichael @myatomicnumber at the @UWindsor. Yunyun rejoined us as a postdoctoral fellow in 2021, to lead projects in bioresorbable electronics (cover article in Small) and skin-interfaced microfluidic/electronic devices (cover article in Adv Mater Tech). She also served as an excellent collaborator on several other projects. Thank you Yunyun for everything, and best of luck at Dalhousie!!
