The National Archives of Sweden hold a document that should be shown to anyone who refers to Ukrainians as a ‘young nation’.

This is the original ‘Pacta et Constitutiones Legum Libertatumque Exercitus Zaporoviensis’ — the first Ukrainian constitution, drawn up by Hetman Pylyp Orlyk on 5 April 1710 in Bendery.

Now for a bit of maths. Orlyk’s constitution appeared 77 years before the US Constitution. It predated the constitutions of Poland and France by 81 years. At a time when absolutism still reigned in Europe, Ukrainians were already laying down the separation of powers, limits on the hetman’s authority, an independent judiciary and the rights of the Cossacks. Not as a gift from a monarch — but as a contract between free people and their government.

This is the answer to all the ‘experts’ who still talk about Ukraine as a ‘young nation’ that ‘suddenly emerged in 1991’. No, gentlemen. A nation that drafted one of the world’s first constitutions 316 years ago cannot be young.

And that is precisely why Moscow has been destroying our memory for centuries — burning archives, banning our language, and rewriting history. For it was vitally important to the empire that the world regarded us as ‘part of Russia’, rather than as a political culture more mature and far older than Russia itself. And the original copy of Orlyk’s constitution has survived only because it was kept in Sweden — beyond the reach of the empire’s grasp.

‼️ Il y a près de quatre ans, pendant l’occupation 🇷🇺 de Kherson, un député de la Douma d’État et sa femme ont kidnappé cette petite fille 🇺🇦 de seulement 10 mois alors qu’elle était hospitalisée pour soigner une bronchite.
👉🏼Ils ont prétendu l’emmener à Moscou afin de la soigner, mais en réalité ils l’ont emmenée illégalement en Russie.
⚠️Aujourd’hui encore, la fillette vit toujours là-bas : son nom a été changé pour un nom 🇷🇺, son lieu de naissance a été falsifié, et elle a été adoptée par ce couple de hauts responsables. Elle est privée de sa famille 🇺🇦, de sa langue et de son pays.
💔Malheureusement, ce n’est pas un cas isolé. Des milliers d’enfants 🇺🇦 ont été déportés de force depuis les territoires occupés vers la 🇷🇺, où beaucoup ont été placés dans des orphelinats ou des familles 🇷🇺. Des députés et d’autres hauts responsables 🇷🇺participent activement à ces transferts, traitant ces enfants 🇺🇦 comme des trophées de guerre ou des objets à s’approprier !
C’est un crime odieux, un génocide !

Ukraińcy nie zabierają w Polsce pracy, wręcz przeciwnie. Wypełniają luki na rynku, pomagają rosnąć firmom a Polakom awansować na wyższe stanowiska.

Mam nadzieję, że znajdzie się specjalne miejsce w piekle dla PiSu, Konfederacji, Brauna i Nawrockiego za szczucie na tych ludzi i najlepszych migrantów, jakich Polska mogła sobie wymarzyć. 🇵🇱🤝🇺🇦

What do Polish nationalists have to complain about Ukrainians:
1) Ukraine and Poland have made numerous gestures and signed many joint documents on reconciliation since the 1990s.
2) Ukrainians have condemned the killings of Poles in Volyn in 1943. Poles have condemned the ethnic cleansing of Ukrainians in 1947.
3) Pope John Paul II visited Ukraine in 2001 and called for reconciliation between Poles and Ukrainians.
4) Since the 1970s numerous academic seminars and conferences have discussed and published about Polish-Ukrainian conflicts.
5) Ukraine has given Poland permission to undertake exhumations in Volyn. The difficulty of finding killed Poles should be blamed on the Soviet regime which ruled western Ukraine from the 1940s to 1991 - not on independent Ukraine.
6) Poland has never given permission to bury Ukrainian nationalists. Ukraine has given permission to honour Polish patriots who fought against Ukraine in 1918 and are buried in the Lviv Cemetery of Eaglets (Cmentarz Orląt).
7) Poland refuses to grant the right of the graves of killed Ukrainian civilians to have inscriptions of who murdered them (i.e., Polish nationalist partisans).
6) Ukrainians have not issued demands for corrections in Polish memory politics, which they could:
a) AK (Home Army) is viewed as a criminal organisation by Ukraine and Lithuania because it murdered Ukrainian and Lithuanian civilians.
b) Polish nationalist partisans murdered Ukrainian civilians but are glorified as "cursed soldiers" in Poland.
c) Roman Dmowski is a hero in Poland and yet he was a fascist anti-semite and denied the existence of Ukrainians.
7) Poland has demanded corrections in Ukrainian memory politics, specifically on S. Bandera. And yet he was imprisoned in 1941-1944 in the Nazi Sachsenhausen concentration camp. Bandera therefore could not have anything to do with the killings of Poles in Volyn. Bandera's 2 brothers were killed in Auschwitz.
8) No Ukrainians deny that the UPA killed Poles.
9) Polish academics, state officials and the Polish Institute of National Remembrance deny Poles killed Ukrainians. They claim these killings were merely "Akcje odwetowe" (reprisal actions), thus justifying the killings by not placing them on an equal level.

Will somebody therefore please explain to me why Nawrocki and Polish nationalists continue to be anti-Ukrainian?

🔥Бачив декілька разів у стрічці повідомлення, що закрита справа генерала Дмитра Марченка і бронежилетів, яка була сфабрикована по команді ОП. Хотів привітати генерала, але немає з чим. Справа не закрита. Це вкид.

Що відбувається? А от що. Наші європейські друзі поцікавилися станом речей у справі Марченка через те, що є рішення по іншій справі - по «Бронежилетам Міндіча». Це гучна корупційна справа щодо постачання неякісних бронежилетів для Збройних Сил України, де фігурують тодішній міністр оборони Рустем Умєров і Тимур Міндіч, друзяка в бізнеспартнер президента України Володимира Зеленського.

І там вже є рішення та вирок. У червні 2026 року Господарський суд Києва повністю задовольнив позов та стягнув з компанії майже 97,43 млн грн штрафних санкцій за постачання неякісної продукції. А по Марченку справа тягнеться вже багато років і жодного рішення немає. Чому? Тому що складу злочину немає, тому що всі бронежилети давно вже роздачі у підрозділи і тому, що у разі визнання невинуватості Марченка садити треба всіх, хто фабрикував справи. А вони тоді, щоб уникнути відповідальності, можуть назвати замовників справи. І тут, як в старій приказці - у будь-якому розслідуванні головне не вийти на себе.

Тому справу просто поставили на паузу. А в інформаційний простір вкинули брехню про закриття справи. Це для вашого розуміння, що відбувається - реакція на зацікавленність європейців.

До речі, президент України Володимир Зеленський і досі морозиться і не нагороджує генерал-майора Дмитра Марченка званням Героя України за організацію оборони Миколаївської області взимку 2022 року. Чому? Здогадайтесь самостійно і зробить висновки.

Многие пишут что до россиян начало доходить – нет, не начало. Это называется по другому.
Им было ок пока их соотечественники вырезали Бучу били бомбами по драмтеатру, детским больницам, расстреливали машины во время эвакуации, им было норм когда били по Эпицентру в час пик, им было норм когда били по людям на лодкам спасавшимся после взорванной Каховской ГЭС, они радовались поднятому российскому флагу на развалинах уничтоженного их государством украинского города. Для них все это нормально. А не нормально для них то что война неожиданно вернулась к ним в дом и забрала бензин. Они не прозрели, этому есть другое слово – обыкновенное мерзкое, отвратительное бля..во и их любимое "нас то за что".
Они не против войны, они против неудобств вызванные войной.

@TSgdalinka я після останньої купівлі пралки зрозуміла одну річ. їх треба обирати дивлячись інструкції - на режими прання і скільки часу займають, бо мені дуже зараз не вистачає режиму на годину із 60 градусами чи короткого на 40 градусів.
