Another view from the sunrise I nearly abandoned over the weekend in #Pittsburgh, as it looked like the sun would never find its way through the clouds. You can see from this image that it clearly did & I'm glad I second guessed my decision to leave. Reflection was insane as well

Holy pierogi, what a sunrise in #Pittsburgh today. The color in the sky seemed to last forever, and it was so much fun to capture. I slowed the shutter in this view just a tad to add some blur to the incline under that incredible sky, and love the result.

This afternoon I shot one of my new all-time favorite images of lightning over #Pittsburgh. Probably the tallest and longest set of strikes I've ever captured, going through a cloud and hitting on either side of the city. It was incredible to watch the storms roll through.

This has helped me do a lot of healing recently. It’s not easy but it’s worth it.
