@IKEAUSAHelp@IKEAUSA - purchased a bed online on April 14 & only half of it arrived a week later. Since then, multiple shipments haven't arrived with the 2nd half and I'm being told by IKEA Cust Service I have to drive to the nearest store to get a refund. I need help now!
