@SawyerMerritt@Tesla It's upside down hugging the ceiling with 4 rocket boosters and the shape and spoilers are very cybertruck. I wonder if they completely redesigned it from scratch. Certainly looks like the future now.
@ArtShantyGirl@HumansNoContext If you look at the houses above it you could possibly fit another 48 houses there.
At $500k each it's only 24mil. But no houses in Sydney for that price. More like 1mil each.
Also if they had that extra room and joined it all, the other houses would go up in value too .
@EdFoste96342711@wholemars 80% have zero debt?
Wow what a claim.
The whole country is built on debt.
And there have been so many protests of people who got a home loan that they are still paying off, but the developer never finishing their building before going bust.
So those people have zero debt?
@hellostake@sparklekunt Secondary market sounds like we only get a taste once everyone else cashes out quick profits. I'm looking at the long term, but would be nice not paying a hyped up premium at first.
@lukatim321@wholemars Yes there might be. If you believe in another company more after doing lots of research, then keep investing in them. The winning strategy is consistency and ignoring everything else.
@farzyness Who actually would buy the robotaxi for personal use? Only 2 seats and the rear storage isn't as useful as a pickup truck (waist high open storage)
Even a van is easier to store lots of crap.
I don't see tradespeople buying that vehicle. So then who will?
@farzyness They would have tens of thousands of cars that they couldn't deploy.
They are adding the steer by wire and pedal system to all the cars to enable them to get them on roads and approved faster.
Then they will disable the functionality of them using software.
It's obvious.
@OverlyTrev@SawyerMerritt They haven't even figured out how to do the doors yet.
It's not even a finished render. Let alone a prototype.
It won't even be ready for production by the time they go bankrupt.
Hell they might not even make a prototype in time. 😂
