It's really important to remember the look that the shop keepers gave me when last buying booze. If they look down on me: fine. Just don't expect to earn more revenue from me. And maybe that could be a good thing: less local places being viable options to buy booze.
It's sad knowing that the solution (drugs/ drink) that you resorted to is ineffective. Past experiences and scientific teachings proove that without a doubt. Yet you knew that before choosing it and still choose it.
Waiting to see what the consequences of the mistakes from my latest relapse are. Am sacred. Only time will tell if I've finally learned my lessons this time.
I identified the bad faith actors, cut them out of my life and managed to sober for a number of months. I let them back into life and things started unravelling again.
Sleep would be the best option since I skipped it last night. But I am opting for the ineffective remedy that's exaccerbated my problems instead: alcohol. Logic has clocked out and I'm prioritising a short term emotional lift over real long term solutions.
