The warning from Chinese police may apply to scams impersonating Pi Network rather than the project itself.

If multiple reports exist, we need to verify their sources, credibility, and whether they target the entire project or just fraudulent activities using its name.

If Pi Network never intended to list on Bybit, then Bybit’s statement that “Pi refused Bybit” doesn’t make sense.

Instead, the real question should be: Did Bybit actually want to list Pi, or is it using Pi’s name for publicity?

The fact that a project is not listed on a particular exchange does not automatically mean it is a scam.

3. Regarding Pi Network’s Response

Pi Network has official communication channels and can respond if necessary.

However, not responding immediately to every accusation does not mean the project is fraudulent. Many reputable companies choose not to engage in unnecessary disputes.

4. Bybit’s CEO May Have His Own Agenda

Bybit’s CEO may have conflicts of interest or business motivations for publicly attacking Pi Network.

Bybit itself has faced criticisms and controversies, so its statements should not be taken as absolute truth.

The response should emphasize that:

1. The Chinese police warning could be about fraudulent activities misusing Pi Network’s name, not the project itself.

2. There may never have been a listing negotiation between Bybit and Pi, so Bybit’s claims may be misleading.
