@vrbo OMG VRB SUCKS!!! I've called 50 times abt house I stayed in Aug that had mice(!) we left early & owner promised $ back. Since then she's silent and EVERY SINGLE TIME I call VRBO wants to contact her and she ignores them too. This so not fair.

They finally said fwding to billing, 20 min later got form reply reservation not eligible to cancel. So called back and guess what they said they will contact owner. Why wont anyone take ownership of this issue??? Support is horrid... Stay away!
