Exceptional Experience on AI 101 – A Flight to Remember!
I have traveled internationally quite frequently, but Air India’s AI 101 from Delhi to JFK on February 5, 2025, was by far the best flying experience I have ever had. I have never felt so compelled to leave feedback, but the sheer excellence of service on this flight left me no choice but to publicly appreciate the amazing crew who made this journey truly memorable.
From the moment we boarded, the customer service was outstanding—every single crew member went above and beyond to ensure the passengers were comfortable and well cared for. The warmth, professionalism, and personalized attention made us feel like VIPs—something I have never experienced at this level before.
I would like to personally recognize and thank each and every crew member who made this flight exceptional:
✈ Cabin Supervisors:
•Bhushna – For leading with excellence and ensuring everything ran smoothly.
•Navin – For his professionalism and impeccable service.
✈ Crew Members:
•Khushboo Sharma – For her kindness and attention to detail.
•Manisha Rai – For her warm hospitality.
•Alloli – For her cheerful demeanor and exceptional service.
✈ Captains:
•Ashok Pathak & Gaurav Lathar – True professionals! Not only did they fly us safely across continents, but I was amazed to see them personally engaging with passengers, ensuring that each traveler felt valued. Their humility, approachability, and leadership were beyond commendable.
I traveled with my wife, son, and a friend, and we all felt like royalty—something that is rare even on premium airlines. The personalized touch, the attention to detail, and the sincere care from the entire team made this flight not just a journey, but an experience to cherish.
I sincerely hope Air India’s leadership, including the CEO, takes notice of this phenomenal team. Such outstanding service should not only be recognized but also celebrated. This is the kind of excellence that sets an airline apart and builds lifelong loyalty among passengers.
Thank you once again to the entire AI 101team—you have set a new benchmark in customer service, and I look forward to flying with Air India again soon!
Highly recommended to all international travelers!

# Budget2024: A Message to the People of Bihar

The Budget 2024 is incredibly positive and heavily focused on the development of Bihar. We are hopeful that this support will bring about groundbreaking changes in our state. This budget exceeds our expectations; it is more than enough to set us on a new path.
However, for these initiatives to be successful, implementation is key, and the people of Bihar must contribute unconditionally. It is crucial for everyone to think of Bihar first, before their individual interests. We should be very thankful to the Government of India for this support and opportunity. Let's come together and work towards a brighter future for Bihar! @biharfoundation @BJANAUS @BiharUsa @PMOIndia @NitishKumar @SanjayJhaBihar @narendramodi
