@yosemite_yam @LunchboxConvo @EdKrassen nope not even close. Rate hikes mostly slowed down new loans & spending of new loans, not old loans SVB stopped all new loans before the rate hikes. The Dobb-Frank Act would have stopped this from happening and required the Dept of Treasury to step in a lot sooner.
