This horrible human being should not be standing in front of the Canadian flag. Time for the majority of Albertans to rise up and throw her out. Smith is not fit to be a premier in Canada.
So, those who want to destroy our province and our nation lost in court big time.
Smith's immediate response is to commit taxpayer funds to pay for an appeal of the decision.
It is becoming clearer each day that Smith is the most ardent separatist of them all.

Today, a judge has thrown out the Alberta separatist petition because Danielle Smith’s UCP government failed in its legal duty to consult First Nations.
I want to thank the fearless First Nations who stood up and led this fight against separatism – not just for their nations, but for all Albertans and for Canadians. Specifically, thank you to the Athabasca Chipewyan First Nation, the Blackfoot Confederacy, and Sturgeon Lake Cree Nation, for fighting for our country with your time and money.
First Nations are not alone, as the vast majority of Albertans stand alongside them, opposed to a costly, divisive exercise. This referendum violates treaty rights, it would cost Albertans hundreds of millions of dollars, and is now tied to serious public safety concerns thanks to the largest data breach in Alberta’s history.
The Premier says that she’s exploring other ideas. Here’s an idea, Premier: call off the referendum and put this to bed. This petition is dead. This referendum is dead. For the premier to spend taxpayer time and money to resurrect it, would prove what we’ve always known: she’s a separatist.
Accept the court’s decision. Nobody is above the law – and certainly not this Premier.
Albertans are proud Canadians and want nothing more than to move on from this and focus on the things that really matter.
Imagine that. Turns out you can’t lawfully hold a referendum on whether to take something that isn’t yours: like land covered by treaties, or the sovereign territory of Canada.
Danielle Smith makes it clear that she will continue to carry water for the separatists. As she does so, let’s remember what Margaret Thatcher said about referendums: they are "a device of dictators and demagogues.” Smith isn’t defending democracy, she’s making a mockery of it.
Danielle Smith needs to explain to all Albertans why the Provincial Government using our tax dollars would appeal a court decision about a petition organized by a private citizen initiative.
Unless she is taking ownership of the separatist movement.
@RapidResponse47 All the more reason for Canada not to proceed with the F35 purchase from a partner that could screw us over on a whim. We will build our own Gripens. We don’t need American jets.
@atrupar "Prime Minister of Ontario"...I mean this is EXACTLY why no one in Canada takes ANYONE in this admin seriously!!! It is like layer upon layer of stupidity, mixed with arrogance, and zero class. LMAO LOL LOL WOW
