No one ever reached out to me regarding trying to access my venom account that I opened with my Facebook account

Venom removed the option to log in with Facebook so I lost the ability to log with using that option and I can't retrieve my account.

@nbkcbank So then you should add that to the list of fees along with the two wire transfer fees. Make sure people know that the account is not completely free because only the first box of checks is free. Bummer. Other online banks offer free unlimited checks.
