@Delta PS, if you’re wondering, no we got no vouchers or compensation or offers or even simple sympathy/apologies, like most airlines will do….As someone who has used Delta for years, I am confident that I will be using other airlines moving forward.

@Delta So because of all this we get stuck in city, paid high taxi fares to get to FLL and again to leave, scramble to find a last minute hotel out of pocket while being forced to missed important work meetings in the morning.

@Delta You have one front desk person telling us the flight was cancelled because the pilot hit his worktime limit, another sayings it’s weather, and then they cannot do anything to help us when we are stuck because you dont help people out when it’s weather and tells us to leave

@Delta When we ask the front deck person what we are supposed to do, she says you can figure out your own flight, and that there is nothing she can do to help us.
