1. Monga personal terms were agreed. Arsenal couldn't agree the fee with Leicester and refused to overpay.

2. Morgan Rodgers personal terms were agreed. Arsenal wanted to negotiate the asking price of Rodgers to between £90M - £100M.

Fees are the problem.
