I am trying to contact, unlocked my last 2 days I spent the time on the phone 3hrs 33mins, no body pick up. I did send a message via chat and whatsup no comment yet. Are they serving a purpose?

@IGcom we try last 2 days over the phone unlocked account no on answering phone all most yesterday and today I spent 3 hrs 23 minutes still not answering
