@Tesco wonder if you can help, ordered 16 bottles of wine on the 25% club card deal for collection, gone to pick up and not one bottle is the bottle we ordered all “alternatives”. The deal has now finished online. Is there anyway we can order again with the same deal?

@Bugaboo we ordered a fox 2 7 weeks ago and still not here. Tried contacting cust servs multiple times but not getting anywhere, always the same answer “looking into it”. Baby due in 2 weeks now! How can we escalate this, really need it resolving. Thanks
