@IKEAUKSupport Why can I not order replacement parts for a damaged product that is outside of warranty? Seems like a massive oversight in terms of sustainability. The systems are clearly in place because you can do it if it is in warranty

@AmazonUK are so sneaky. All of their customer service is automated and you have to send back a damaged good in order to get a new one. It's not very green having to send things back when a simple picture shows its damaged. You could save a whole journey. It's just a wet book ffs
