Yeah, two point I would say:

Cherry picking right before significant inflation is interesting. The global warming nut cases do that a lot.

I am not sure what is the right metric for purchasing power but that is what I would use.

Lastly, Gen Z isn't real. Half of them are millennials(1981-2004) and the other half are Homelanders(2005-now)

Here is California's legal definition of postmarked:
Exception for mailed ballots:
Timely if received by the county elections official via USPS or bona fide private carrier no later than 7 days after Election Day, and either:

Postmarked (or time/date-stamped by private carrier) on or before Election Day, or the carrier otherwise indicates it was mailed on or before Election Day; or

No legible postmark or other carrier info: The envelope must be date-stamped by elections officials upon receipt, and the voter signed and dated the identification envelope on or before Election Day (per § 3011).

Once the ballot has been removed from the envelop, there is no way to know if it was received within the correct time frame.
The system is designed for obfuscation.

I think the 4th Turning hasn't peaked yet. There are so many unpaid bills from the last 80 years and more so from the last 15. The chickens have not come home to roost yet. Granted I love Tesla and SpaceX but they are the aberration and probably not worth these prices as good as they are.
Something brutal like a the great depression needs to happen to clean they system out.
