@StepsChilterns I always need a bit of time with my friends, itโs usually a play date involving our small kids too, but being around my friends definitely supports my wellbeing. I notice a change in my mood if I havenโt seen them during the week. #30minswellbeing

@StepsChilterns I try and use wholemeal pasta when I can and that always feels particularly virtuous but then of course I cover it all in Parmesan which I assume probably cancels out any benefits! #30minswellbeing
