Shared a post about how BMI is bs and you deserve to be treated way better than a provider who tells an otherwise healthy person to lose weight

@jessicaiallred I’m vaccinated and not wearing a mask, but I MAJORLY struggling with the near constant comments of “I’m so glad all that mask foolishness is over” or similar. Like, so we have nothing else to talk about than how anti-maskers are feeling they’ve won something?

Wondering how much mental capacity I’m working on at the moment?
I dropped by target to grab some things after flying in from Orlando today. I needed body wash, shampoo/conditioner, and hand soap.
I bought two different body washes and a skincare face mask🤦‍♀️🤣

TW: body image
I have always loved powerful beach leap/handstand images but I’m having a really hard time feeling confident enough in my not-high-school-anymore body. Gas me up?😅
