*UPLOADING OF POOR PASSPORT PHOTOGRAPH DURING THE ONLINE REGISTRATION.*
The management has noticed with dismay the upload of poor passport photographs to our portal during the online registration. Sadly, this has made identification of Prospective Corps Members very difficult during and after camp registration.
For the avoidance of doubt, poor passports includes the following:
i ). Blurred passport Photograph
ii). Dark invisible passports
iii). Passport taken with inappropriate dress
In the light of the above, all CBOs are warned to desist from uploading the above categories of passports in a bid to register a high number of people during the registration exercise.
Management will hence forth sanction any cyber cafe operator who indulges in this shoddy practice.
Please you are complying.
Thank you.
*Dear Prospective Corps Members (PCMs),*
Please note that the uploading of the Senate List is still ongoing and will continue until the online registration portal opens and even up to the last day of registration.
All prospective corps members are advised to confirm their details on the NYSC Senate List portal using the link below:

Kindly ensure you enable desktop view when accessing the portal for better display and accurate verification.
Also, stay in close contact with your institution to confirm the status of your name on the Senate List.

Very S@d 😢
A corps member from Ukanafun Local Government Area in Akwa Ibom State has sadly l0st her life and was buried today
The young woman, identified as Corper Obongawan Udom, has left family, friends and colleagues in d££p sorr0w
Corps members should be protected wherever they are posted to serve under the National Youth Service Corps
What could anyone possibly gain from taking the life of a young person who was only serving her country?
It is truly a devastating l0ss to the family and the community
After the long suffering from school…
The stress…
Doing assignments…
Def£nding proj£cts…
And going through all the other academic activities, she finally succeeded in wearing the khaki, just like many others who graduate and serve their nation
But sadly… she could not survive it
May her soul rest in peace
~ Handler
Seeing this broke my heart because I understand the stress of having to serve our father land 😭😭
As a CORPs members please pray 🙏 that you won't end this way.
That ur journey throughout your service year
Shall be fruitful.
Because no family members want to receive this kind of news.

Do you know 💡
Your NYSC service actually starts from the day you register?
One month during your NYSC registration process and mobilization, 3weeks in camp, and 10 months of proper service. All together, it’s a full 12 months, but it really kicks off from your registration.

*Dear PCMs, especially fresh graduates and those not yet on the internal mobilisation list/Senate list*
Kindly stay in close contact with your school once you are a certified graduate.
Internal mobilisation for Batch B Stream I, 2026 (June/July set) is already ongoing. Ensure your name is included and properly captured.
Please note that the Senate list is very important for online registration whenever registration commences.
Also be informed that Batch A Stream II, 2026 going to camp soon is strictly for those who have already registered and are awaiting their Call-Up Numbers. As earlier stated, online registration is not applicable for now until further notice.

Here's my take on this,
According to the *OFFICIAL MOBILISATION TIME-TABLE released by the National Youth Service Corps NYSC for 2026 BATCH ‘A’ Stream II, the column for Online Registration was indicated as *“NOT APPLICABLE.”*
Good day PCMs
I received multiple messages from PCMs seeking my confirmation to this memo spreading rapidly which was sent to Student Affairs office Waziru Umaru Polythenic, Kebbi.
This memo clearly was request the verification of details on senate list for 2026 Batch B streamI.
So while the NYSC Time-Table earlier suggested otherwise, this new development may indicate that registration could be approaching.
At the moment, there is no official memo contradicting the earlier time-table.
However, credible information reaching us yesterday from some institutions reveals that NYSC has directed their SAOs (Student Affairs Officers) to begin internal mobilisation processes and prepare names for upload.

Kindly note that uploading names to the Senate/Academic Board Approved List usually signals that online registration may be approaching which appears to contradict the earlier mobilisation table released.
We are monitoring the situation closely.
Stay tuned for any official memo that may be released to address this development, if there will be one.
