■ Cheating and Unfair Play

If you encounter suspected cheating or other unfair behavior, please report it to us via:

■ Profile Card Guidelines
We are delighted to see so many creative and unique designs made using the Profile Card feature, and we hope BanG Dreamers will continue to enjoy expressing themselves through it.
However, Profile Cards may be visible to other players in places such as the Chat Room and during GEKISO LIVE. Please refrain from creating or displaying sexually explicit, vulgar, insulting, abusive, or otherwise clearly inappropriate content.
If a Profile Card is confirmed to contain prohibited content, the Profile Card may be removed. In cases involving serious or repeated violations, or content that has a significant negative impact on other players, further action may be taken against the account depending on the severity of the violation.
If you encounter inappropriate content in the Chat Room, you can report it by pressing and holding the relevant message.
If you encounter inappropriate content during a GEKISO LIVE match, please take a screenshot and report it to us via:
[Menu] > [Account Center] > [Customer Support]

■ Accounts Suspended
As part of this enforcement action, the accounts listed below have been suspended from the BanG Dream! Our Notes Global Server.

We will continue to review and take appropriate action against behavior that undermines fair play or negatively affects the experience of other players.

We ask all BanG Dreamers to follow the game rules and respect one another while enjoying the game and expressing your creativity. Thank you for helping us maintain a fair and welcoming environment for everyone.

Additionally, as the Japanese version update has passed the app store review, the international version will launch the"Love Rush A to Z"event and its related Gacha simultaneously with the Japanese version tomorrow at 18:00 (UTC+9).
