@SpearfishingCap I think your major point was that this window, and keeping other things vague, help discourage short attacks going into the offering is important. This stock has had so many games played with it, I appreciate $EOSE doing what they can to limit them in the next few weeks.

@SpearfishingCap I just assumed they wouldn’t really care about the subscription price other than the dilution it causes (and yes I don’t think that is a major concern to them). What factor(s) am I missing?

@SpearfishingCap I just meant that if 15 day window gives a VWAP of $7, a 30 day window gives $6 but a 21 day average is $7.50; we could expect they would go with the 21 day average

@ClaireMPLS NBA did it to discourage DNP’s when healthy. Players did that cuz of the long season. So NBA can either be punitive and punish for sitting out (65 game minimum) or work with players to make the season less demanding. NBA chose the former. Capital gonna capital. Bosses gonna boss
