The latest read from @clement_molin pulling raw observation data from @AndrewPerpetua and @WarUnitObserver paints a brutally clear picture on the Novopavlivka-Ivanivka sector: this has become the single worst meat grinder for Russian forces in the entire theater. After months of careful Ukrainian infiltrations done with real OPSEC discipline, our troops have clawed back villages, fully cleared Ivanivka and Novopavlivka, and now control roughly 55 square kilometers of what used to be gray zone. The 90th Tank Division keeps sending its flag-wavers into Iskra further west for the obligatory telegram victory photo, while their own channels quietly admit the real risk is a Ukrainian breakthrough toward Komar. Meanwhile three of our best air assault brigades, 79th, 80th, and 95th, have been committed specifically to shove the orcs back behind the Mokri Yaly and harden the line. The main headache for them remains the spike in glide-bomb sorties. Intensity dropped around Huliaypole but surged here, over fifty FAB strikes registered in that big yellow perimeter alone.

The cold operational truth is that keeping this sector exactly as it is might be smarter than pushing south right now. It has become a free-fire killing zone where the Russians bleed dozens, sometimes hundreds, of men every month for zero territorial gain. Moscow loses more soldiers trying to recapture these villages than the villages had residents before the war. That is not attrition, that is industrial-scale idiocy.

The smarter axes for future pressure sit at Komar and Velyka Novosilka. Those directions let us fix Russian reserves, slow their buildup toward Huliaypole, and keep dictating the tempo instead of reacting to it. This is what happens when a competent defender with growing long-range strike capability turns the invaders logistics into a shooting gallery. The Kremlin can still feed bodies into the grinder, but the math only accelerates in one direction: their tab, our initiative, their collapse.
