So @British_Airways left my suitcase behind in Berlin 2 days ago. Their fix: hand it to @KLM and lose track of it. Due at LAX 2:55pm today. 8 hours later BA "can't see it" because it's not their flight. On holiday in the USA for a week with NOTHING. Is this a joke?

Update: @British_Airways gave my suitcase to @KLM but has NO direct line to KLM to check if it arrived. Their solution: send an email and wait 24 to 48h for an answer. My bag has been missing for 3 days. I fly home in 4. How long do they think my holiday is?

So @British_Airways leaves my bag in Berlin, sends it with KLM another airline, then tells me to go chase KLM myself. An airline I never booked and never flew. I paid BA. BA lost track of my bag. And BA's answer is "not our flight”

@British_Airways I never booked or flew KLM. My entire trip was with BA. YOU left my bag in Berlin and YOU chose to send it with KLM. My contract is with you, so the bag is your responsibility until it's in my hands. Call KLM yourselves and tell me where it is.

@British_Airways Imogen, that link is the problem. It has shown nothing since you handed my bag to KLM. I don't need a tracking page, I need one answer: did my suitcase land at LAX today on KL603, yes or no? If BA can't find out, who can?
