On a personal note, Partygate on C4 has brought tears to my eyes.

I’ll never forget the panic, the fear, the crushing isolation of learning to live alone, hanging on mentally by a thin thread, the news of friends dying, crying alone, standing outside in the winter watching my friend lowered into the ground, not hugging my crying friend, feeling regret and guilt.

The cases reaching over 1000 as I gardened hoping to find sanity, worrying about my friends in the NHS, the awareness that the government weren’t doing anywhere near enough fast enough, that lives could be saved but feeling powerless. The horror of discovering we’d had exercises to prepare but they’d done nothing.

The loneliness. The grief.

Meanwhile those born to rule toff cunts put more people at risk and increased pressure on our NHS workers (many of whom died) and the so called lower ranking underpaid staff in No 10.

I want them all to burn in fucking hell.
