Dear South Carolina Patriots,
As Patriots, we love our country and deeply care about the future of our great Palmetto State. Proverbs 22:29 offers a timely reminder of what truly matters this election season: “Do you see any truly competent workers? They will serve kings rather than working for ordinary people”
True leadership is not about the loudest voice, empty promises, or political games, it is about competence, integrity, and selfless service.
We seek leaders who communicate clearly and honestly with the people they serve. Leaders who demonstrate a genuine willingness to serve everySouth Carolinian - not just special interests or party insiders. Leaders who prioritize doing what is right for our state over political ambition, and who embrace transparency so citizens can see how decisions are made and where their tax dollars go.
Runoff Election Day is Tuesday, June 23rd - GO VOTE!!!
"Do you see any truly competent workers? They will serve kings rather than working for ordinary people"

My Closing Argument
In every trial, after the evidence has been presented and the witnesses have testified, the lawyers stand before the jury and make their closing arguments. They remind the jury what the case is really about. They separate fact from fiction. They ask the jury to look at the evidence and reach the right conclusion.
So today, I want to make my closing argument to the people of South Carolina.
I am running for Attorney General to make South Carolina the safest and least corrupt state in America. Unlike the other candidates in this race, I have a record proving I can actually get it done.
When I say I will fight corruption, you don’t have to speculate about what I might do. I led the largest Statehouse corruption probe in modern South Carolina history. That investigation took down some of the most powerful politicians in our state and exposed a culture that had convinced itself the rules didn’t apply to insiders. When I say I will fight violent crime, I don’t have to point to campaign promises. I can point to the murderers I prosecuted, the criminals I put on death row, and the families I fought for over the course of my career.
My opponents want this race to be about one thing: that I used to be a Democrat. They want you focused on a party label because they don’t want you focused on our records. The truth is that even as a Democrat, I was pro-life, pro-Second Amendment, tough on crime, and a supporter of the death penalty. I was putting murderers on death row while many Republicans were finding excuses not to. I was calling for the firing squad while politicians sat around and did nothing. I was taking on corruption while politicians were looking the other way.
The irony is that the candidate attacking me the most for once being a Democrat has spent his career voting like a liberal lawyer-legislator. Stephen Goldfinch consistently ranks among the more liberal members of the South Carolina Senate. He supports activist judges. He supported judges tied to the DEI movement. He is part of the lawyer-legislator system that has controlled Columbia for decades and helped create many of the problems conservatives complain about every election season.
The people funding Stephen Goldfinch understand exactly what is at stake in this race. The trial lawyers have poured enormous resources into protecting him because they know he represents the status quo. They know he won’t challenge the system that benefits them. They know he won’t take on the lawyer-legislator culture that allows insiders to profit while ordinary South Carolinians pay the price. Most importantly, they know he won’t do what I have already done before: expose corruption and hold powerful people accountable.
This election ultimately comes down to a simple question. Do you want a prosecutor or a politician? Do you want someone who has spent his career enforcing the law or someone who has spent his career navigating the system? Do you want someone who has already proven he can take on corruption, or someone who benefits from the very structure that needs reform?
The evidence is in. The record is clear. South Carolina does not need another politician. South Carolina needs a prosecutor.
And that’s why I’m asking for your vote
I'm honored to have the endorsement of my first prosecutorial mentor, Republican U.S. Attorney Bart Daniel. Bart once told me, "going after corrupt legislators is not for the faint of heart...there will be repercussions." He was right. But I learned the pursuit of justice is worth it by watching him and other prosecutors during Operation Lost Trust.
I say the dirty secret out loud: South Carolina has a corruption problem. I am the only candidate willing to say it. More importantly, I am the only one with the experience and plan to crush it.
I convicted and removed from office the five most powerful men in the General Assembly, but it was just the tip of the iceberg. There is so much more we need to do.
In the spring of 2020, I received a phone call from a judge upset that if they didn't continue a case for a powerful member of the Judicial Merit Selection Committee, they would lose their job. That is corruption. It was the moment that made me become the first public official to call for judicial reform.
Seven months later in 2021, the State Supreme Court told me I had to stop the probe and not go after anymore legislators because I was not the Attorney General. Message received. I am running for Attorney General to finish the job.
Tomorrow, voters will choose between the status quo or me; whether our state continues allowing legislators to make millions off of no-bid contracts or having me fire them; and whether our state continues to allow allegations of illegal lobbying go unchecked or electing me to investigate.
Most importantly, voters will decide whether tomorrow is finally the day that justice outbraves the madness.
Let's crush corruption on Tuesday, June 9th!
The attacks on @RomReddySC are ridiculous. We can disagree on policy and politics, but there is no place for this type of bigotry and personal smears in South Carolina. If career politicians can’t win on the issues, you don’t deserve to win at all.
"If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you."

South Carolina cannot have an independent judiciary when legislators control who becomes a judge.
That is the problem with the JMSC system.
Lawyer-legislators screen judges, then practice law in front of those same judges.
That creates pressure, conflicts, and a system the public no longer trusts.
We have three separate branches of government for a reason.
That is why JMSC reform matters, and that is why I’ve been fighting for it for years.
#GreenvilleGOP (GCRP) - the largest county party and leader in President TRUMP’s #MAGA#AmericaFIRST movement - officially endorse veteran prosecutor David Pascoe for Attorney General with a commanding 94.4% supermajority EC vote.

Isn’t it fun watching all the never-Trumpers, RINOs, DeSantis ‘24, Nikki Haley 4 President & 2016 RNC “saboteurs” now pretending to be MAGA / TRUMP. Where were you in 2021-2024? Not at our HQ making calls.

The level of corruption we have in Columbia is incomprehensible to outsiders, and I’m going to fight like hell until we crush it.
My enemies know what I’m going to do and it terrorizes them because they can’t afford me to be Attorney General. Imagine the desperation of my enemies to bother The President of The United States with misinformation about me on a down ballot race.
If I had been as misinformed as he has been, I would have said the same things. The informed conservative Republican voters of our state support me overwhelmingly.
If President Trump speaks with me for 10 minutes, I know I can convince him to support me too. We have both experienced the treachery of corrupt RINO and Democrat Party deceit.
I hope everyone has a wonderful Memorial Weekend and God bless our troops!
