@Icelandair If your website isnโt working to check-in luggage before the flight, you shouldnโt be charging your customers a โPhone feeโ since it is the only way they could check-in before the flight.

You dropped your pricing for the flight from Halifax to Zagreb, short layover in Frankfurt so that you fill your plane only to switch it to a much worse flight with an additional layover. Shameful!
