I regret buying a @wonderchef mixer grinder. Pathetic product, pathetic service. Got it repaired 3–4 times, still useless. On 2nd Sept I requested replacement, but the technician shamelessly said “I can only do service.”

@EurekaForbes I have been trying to get the service appointment as my water filter is not working but the call resolution team is just escalating the request again and again and NO RESOLUTION PROVIDED. PATHETIC SERVICE AND HARASSING THE CUSTOMER ONLY MOTO.
