BREAKING: Transportation services company Penske torches the Trump administration for improperly using their trucks to abduct immigrants in a Home Depot parking lot after horrifying images go viral.

This is how you stand up to these fascists...

"Penske Truck Company is aware of recent reports and videos regarding a Department of Homeland Security (DHS) operation in Los Angeles," the company said in a statement.

"Penske strictly prohibits the transportation of people in the cargo area of its vehicles under any circumstances,” they continued. "The company was not made aware that its trucks would be used in today’s operation and did not authorize this. Penske will reach out to DHS and reinforce its policy to avoid improper use of its vehicles in the future."

While the statement may seem tame by some standards, coming from a corporation — whose objectives are to avoid ruffling feathers to maximize profits — this is an unmistakable dressing down.

The statement was released after Border Patrol agents implementing Donald Trump's authoritarian crackdown policies raided a Home Depot in Westlake, Los Angeles yesterday.

Roughly 16 immigrants were detained in what U.S. Border Patrol Sector Chief Greg Bovino called "Operation Trojan Horse," presumably a reference to using an innocuous Penske truck to lull the immigrants into a false sense of security.

The Los Angeles Times reports that a day laborer named Ceasar witnessed a yellow Penske truck enter the lot at 6:45 a.m. and drive up to a group of workers. As they approached the truck, someone opened the back of the vehicle. Masked agents reminiscent of totalitarian state secret police sprang out, including one in a cowboy hat, and began chasing and arresting people.

“This is the worst feeling ever,” said Ceasar, who has been going to the same Home Depot lot for years to provide an honest, hard-working living for himself.

The terrifying raid went viral on social media, with video spreading like wildfire. Understandably, Penske doesn't want its name associated with Trump's violent thug enforcers. These DHS cowards know that what they're doing is inexcusable or else they'd have no need to hide their faces. When Democrats regain control of the government we need to expose every single one of these agents and hold them accountable for their actions.
