@Delta why do your luggage policies/prices change at the airport with your partner @KLM. You buy ticket from Delta, Delta put you on KLM, and when you get to the airport, KLM charges you way more than Delta states on ticket and on online. Why do you do that?

@Delta Any reason why extra bag costs more at the airport than what U have stated on your tickets and on your website? Please talk to your agents/partners. It's quite humiliating to be told to disregard your own information and pay what they are asking if you want to board.

@AmericanAir Being on the other side of world for more than 4 days, and my checked bags are still at dfw. Why?? Why?? And a whole luggage staff told me to trust the process when he himself could not tell me where my bags are. That's a shame !!
