@adamyounggolf Again...I have not heard of any coaches or amateurs trying to learn number 1. Just because the majority of people are doing something doesn't make it right. Most people used to accept bloodletting as a medical treatment..doesnt mean its was good for them.

@adamyounggolf I have never heard a coach teach like option 2. Bit I would guess it depends on what the desired outcome is to understand which is simpler to attain that outcome. Simple is fine but it has to lead to a desired beneficial outcome.
