���� Today the California Senate Committee held a hearing on the “Stop Nick Shirley Act,” known as AB 2624. This bill will criminalize and punish anyone from looking into fraud inside immigrant communities in California.

This bill was created only after I exposed billions of dollars in fraud throughout immigrant communities in the US. “Immigration support services” have become a billion dollar industry in California, and now that the fraud has been exposed, they are trying to criminalize those who look into the fraud.

The bill has passed through the California Assembly and is set to pass through the Senate and then to Governor Newsom’s desk. This bill was created by the Attorney Generals WIFE and will allow him to go after citizens if they film nonprofits and “immigration support services providers”.

Cesar Mora is a Reedley, California native and proud Central Valley farmer with over 30 years of experience working the land. For the past three years, Cesar has been locked in a legal battle with Giumarra Brothers Fruit Co. (Fresno County Superior Court, Case No. 23CECG03466) that has prevented him from selling his nectarine crop.

Giumarra claims ownership of the variety of fruit Cesar grows and has sued him for breach of contract. Cesar disputes both their ownership claim and the validity of the contract, and is fighting back by suing Giumarra for fraud and misrepresentation.

While this battle plays out in court, 125,000 lbs of fresh nectarines sit unpicked and unsellable. Last year his entire harvest went to waste. This year Cesar is giving it away free to his community rather than watch it rot again.

Legal battles are expensive. Cesar needs your help to continue fighting for his livelihood, his orchard, and his family. Every dollar donated goes directly toward his legal fees as he stands up against a corporation that is trying to take everything he has worked for.

My name is Ella, I'm 17 years old.
I do long jump. I play volleyball. I go to school in New Richmond, Wisconsin.
When my school allowed a biological male into the girls' restroom without telling parents —
I went to the school board.
With my name attached.
In my own town.
I got bullied for it. Harassed online. Even some of my own teachers came after me.
I'm still here.
Because here's what I know:
The net in women's volleyball is set nearly a foot lower for a reason.
A biological male can hit a ball across that net at force that could seriously injure a girl.
And in track — all it takes is three biological males entering the girls' category
and not a single girl in this state stands on a podium.
I didn't speak up because it was easy.
I spoke up because somebody had to.
The Supreme Court is about to answer the question every girl in America is asking.
