@ATTHelp @ATT Internet is down and we've now missed TWO promised restoration times. WHAT is HAPPENING!?!? I am BLOWING through mobile data due to this issue and NO ONE can tell why it happened or WHEN it will ACTUALLY restored. This is beyond frustrating.

@ATTHelp @ATT @ATTHelp I asked for a credit for today, 9/22, but I would like to request an additional day credited since we've missed TWO restoration time promises and now its indefinitely down with no restoration time given or in sight. I am incredibly upset. No one will even say WHY 🤬

@ATT @_ferrariDinoR @downdetector Do you happen to be in the metro Atlanta area? Because we've not had internet ALL DAY today. It was supposed to be restored by 7pm today, but it wasn't & its not looking hopeful for their extended restoration time of 10:00pm either. I will want compensation for tomorrow too.

@Delta will you adding more flights from SEA -> ATL around Thanksgiving? There was one listed for an around 4p.m. departure, but it was removed before I could book it. I was hoping more would be added/added back in going into the busy season for travel.....Thanks!

Hi @Delta ! I went to book a flight I found a couple weeks ago from SEA to ATL on November 25 that had a 3:55 departure time, but when I went to book it, it was gone. Was it canceled? Is it possible it/more flights could be added later, or should I go ahead & choose now? Thanks!

@AlaskaAir My flight from Tokyo doesn't land until 1:20 p.m. and unfortunately none of the other options will get me home in time. I should've just charged it & booked it when I saw it...🤦‍♀️

@AlaskaAir I was looking at both @AlaskaAir and Delta, so its possible I mixed the departure times up, but it was definitely either a 3:55p.m. or 4:02 departure. So are the chances slim-to-none that either this or other flights will be added, is that right? 1/2

@askUHC Oh, ok. So should we not expect the website/patient portal to be available for a while, then? I usually opt for the website because the automated systems are so frustratingly ineffective & difficult to deal with, unfortunately. Thank you for the quick response & suggestion!
